This poor child has had all the father's day he can stand. We went to Nashville Shores today and had a really good time. I let him lay down in my bed watching a little cartoons and before I knew it he was out. We are supposed to meet friends for dinner and I am not sure what we are going to do with sleeping beauty here. He will NOT be happy when we wake him up.

Chris took the boys fishing Saturday. I went along to take pictures but that is about into fishing as I get. A cute little family of ducks came by and I did not have anything to feed them. Peyton caught a fish all by himself. Dalton got to help bring in a couple of Daddy's but he still counted it as catching a fish.

My b-day is on a Saturday this year so ya know it is a good one. Right now I am on my laptop, on the front porch while D plays outside. I am telling you I do not know how I functioned without this thing before. Laptop/wireless is the way to go.
I am meeting a group of friends for dinner tonight, girls I have not seen in months. Looking forward to that.
When Chris left for work this morning he did not say Happy B day to me so I thought it slip his mind, since this laptop was the gift I figured he did not really remember to acknowledge me. I was very wrong, when I finally stumble out of bed there was a little collection of sweets by my coffee pot. (Because he knew I would go straight there!) It was a card, Godiva chocolate, Starbucks gift card, and a bottle of Bahama Mama. Very thoughtful, sweet hubby!
Toodles!
Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :o)

Last weekend we went to Lauren's birthday party at the scuba club. My boys were too young to participate in the actual scuba part but they had a lot of fun just playing in the pool. They love the water. Peyton did pretty good at swimming. Dalton definitely needs more lessons.
Right now it is Saturday morning and we were all up EARLY....like we were all up by 6:30am. I guess we are morning people now. I am in the recliner, with a cup of coffee on the laptop. I LOVE Saturday mornings!!! Have a great weekend!

This picture says so much about their personalities. Peyton is so compliant and ready to please and Dalton can be the sweetest little boy in the world but only when he wants to be. If the picture is my idea, not his, or I have not lead him to believe it is his idea then well it will not be a good picture. This was Easter.
OK Gotta run. I will get the pic of those stinkin cute converse soon, I hope!
It really does feel like it should be Thursday evening already. I have put in enough work to be Thursday already....that should count. Oh well.
We went the easy route and ordered pizza tonight. The boys do not have any homework this week due to the year end testing stuff.....ya know no child left behind. Fine, we love the no homework week. They are chillin out right now with video games. Peyton on the Wii, Dalton on the PS3 and me on the MAC. Love me some technology!!!! Chris is still at work. He has got to go play cable guy at Sherri's. The poor woman has been without internet for like a week. GASP! I could not function. ie do the boys need to wear shorts or jeans, just go the weather.com.
Hmmm nothing to report really. I wish I could figure out how to put pictures on my blog. I am still very much learning me MAC. You should see the C U T E camo converse shoes I got for Dalton. Peyton did not want any, whatever. Anyway they are the cutest thing I have seen in a very long time. I could go on and on about them, they are just that cute.
Ok I need to get busy with some chores. I sure wish the magic fairy would come take care of those for me. oh there is something to ramble on about. When I worked after Peyton was born I had a cleaning service and I am very much checking in to that again very soon.
Here is a funny. We were trying to think of something fun we could all do as a family Saturday night. We tossed around a few ideas. Chris asked Peyton what he wanted to do. "Lets go to a hotel!" Ummm, what? Because they have indoor pools....Duh.
Ok later taters!
