latest rage

So did you know that Bakugan is the latest rage in toys for boys?  Stores are constantly out of stock.  When Peyton was trying to describe them to me, I was just not getting it.  For birthdays we did find some and now they are all over my house.  See they are these little magnetic balls that pop open into these creatures when they are on something metal.  Here is a picture of my home decor meeting Bakugan creatures. I must admit, it made me smile :o)

No Pictures!!!

Sherri and I took the boys to a GREAT pumpkin farm yesterday, Honeysuckle Hill Farm.  It was a gamble because we have always gone to Gentry Farm and had fun, but as the boys have gotten older is has sadly lost their interest.  Peyton said on the way home yesterday that it was the best pumpkin farm he has ever been to.  Ok on the the no pictures thing, I was snapping away as they were playing in the corn pit and sure enough....no CF card, I could have been sick right there.  I will have to rely on Sherri for some pictures.  I want to drive back just for the photo ops!

It was a busy weekend for me.  Well, not really but I can pretty much only do one event in a day and then I need a nap.  I think everybody now knows, but for those that do not I am 15 weeks pregnant, my due date is April 7th!!!  So, Saturday was the soccer games and Sunday was the pumpkin farm.  I never made it to the grocery store which I desperately needed to do so there I was at Kroger at 5am this morning, buying the essentials that the 6 and 8 year old must have for breakfast and packing lunches.

Today was a busy day at the soccer field.  We had to get there early for team pictures and then the boys had a double header.  We lost both games by 1 point.  Bummer.  We have had a sad season.  The boys coach died suddenly a little over a week ago.  He was only 36 years old. Another father of one of the boys on the team is coaching the rest of the season.  It is very sad, Coach Joe leaves behind a wife and two kids.  His son Joey may or may not come back to play the last game with us next week.  Here are a few pics from the games today.  

Long time no post

We are back from the beach and it was great vacation.  Destin in October is really nice!  we had some rain but that was just a great time to shop, eat and see a movie.  The boys love the beach, pool and the go-cart track.   So here are some pictures:
